SCRATCH TRACKS COMPLETE AS KAINE PREPARES TO RECORD 5TH ALBUM + EP UPDATE

Kaine has finally recorded all of the scratch tracks and is now ready to book into the studio to begin recording their 5th album, and the second from the “Reforge The Steel” line-up of Sadler/Etheridge/Woods/Healy. The album will have 9 new tracks written by all members of the band. The album has been postponed several times due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however the band is hopeful that the album can be recorded without further delay with vaccination rates increasing and the infection rates decreasing across the board in England.

KAINE NEW ALBUM + EP UPDATE

Unlike Reforge The Steel which was largely written by myself immediately after the A Crisis of Faith line-up split, this album has song writing contributions from every member of the band as well as a number of songs we wrote together in rehearsals. So far we have exciting song names such as Chasing the Train, I'm in a Bath (Swedish Bath time), Stainkiller, Cheesy, Bright, Isaac, Green to Grey, Malwarenius and Steggameth (or Megasteph) as working titles for the tracks, most of which will likely change before the album is released.

KAINE COMPLETE TRACKING FOR NEW EP AND ARE SET TO RESUME NEW ALBUM REHEARSALS THIS WEEKEND

The band will also be returning to action on Sunday when they hit Unit One studios in Colchester to begin rehearsing the new album ready to begin recording the album in full later this year.

KAINE BEGIN WORK ON NEW EP WITH GALLOW WOOD MEDIA ON SATURDAY

The tracks recorded at The Smokehouse, Ipswich last Friday (4/12/2020) will be used as for a brand new self titled EP. Kaine will again be joining Talon Payne at Gallow Wood Media in Chelmsford on Saturday ahead of their show at The Music Room Ipswich.

REFORGE THE STEEL TO BE RE-RELEASED ON CD – EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE NEW VERSION OF THE ALBUM PACKAGE + NEW STREAMING VERSION

Following the positive feedback on the inclusion of more extensive backing vocals on our Waystone EP, we’ve updated the album tracks to feature full backing including backing vocal harmonies. The album has received a light remix and remaster to accommodate the new vocals.
