KAINE RESUME NEW ALBUM SESSIONS TODAY FOLLOWING GIG CANCELLATION

Kaine will start the vocal tracking with Talon Payne of Gallow Wood Media, the band worked with Talon on their most recent EP as well as the definitive edition of Reforge The Steel, The Waystone EP and the Reforge The Steel and Kaine X live albums from 2019.

RHYTHM GUITARS AND BASS RECORDED FOR NEW KAINE ALBUM

Rage Sadler recorded the 9 songs over the past two days, whereas Isaac Healy was able to track his bass for the 9 songs in a day to complete that element of the album recording.

RAGE SADLER TRACKS 6 SONGS IN FIRST DAY AT UNIT ONE FOR NEW KAINE ALBUM

The first day of recording guitars is complete as Rage Sadler has finished tracking the first 6 songs for the new album, with just 3 remaining for tomorrows session. Isaac Healy will also begin tracking the bass tomorrow.

NEW ALBUM RECORDING RESUMES THIS WEEK – KAINE’S JULY DATES AT RISK OF POSTPONEMENT AS UK LOCKDOWN IS EXPECTED TO EXTEND TO JULY 19TH 2021

Kaine's upcoming gigs are likely to be postponed as the Government appears to be looking to extend the lockdown ending date to around July 19th. This will mean the bands shows at Coalville on July 9th and Colchester on July 14th will likely not go ahead. Kaine's June date in Swansea was also cancelled by the Welsh Government due to Covid-19 infection rates beginning to rise again.

NEW ALBUM + HANGER 18 SHOW UPDATE

We can also confirm that the bands Swansea show at Hanger 18 will be re-arranged. Presently the Welsh Governments restrictions are not enabling live music to come back unrestricted and the venue couldn't have afforded to do the show with the limits on numbers at the venue in place. Hanger 18 were however happy with all the hard work done to promote the show and are keen to reschedule as soon as possible.

DRUM RECORDING FINISHED FOR NEW KAINE ALBUM AT UNIT ONE

Liam Etheridge finished tracking the drums to the new Kaine album this weekend. The bands 5th album contains 9 brand new songs, a number of which saw their live debut at The Music Room, Ipswich on Saturday. Engineer Wayne Thompson will now be editing the drums in the coming weeks as the band looks forward to the tracking of the guitar and bass as soon as possible.
