Kaine have released an early image of artist Silencer 8's work on the artwork for the new Kaine album. Silencer 8 has provided artwork for every Kaine album since the bands beginning all of which can be seen in the gallery below.
Kaine will be returning to rehearsals this weekend at Unit One. The focus will be the Patreon EP (21') and a soon to be announced show in February. The band took a break over the festive period to recharge ahead of the new album release and the new year. A number of shows have been planned for 2022, Covid restrictions allowing, which will also be announced soon.
1 disc will contain the original album, 1 disc will contain the remastered album, both CD’s of which are currently out of print and reach a high price on resellers sites, 1 disc will contain the full instrumental album which has never been released on CD before and the 4th and final disc will be a brand new EP recorded by the current line-up which will include two songs from the original album a 3 songs that didn’t make the original album.
Kaine's 4th album Reforge The Steel has broken 19k plays on NWOTHM Full Albums recently/ NWOTHM Full Albums is a YouTube channel that uploads all albums in the genre and has over 100k subscribers.
The band has been alerted to further restrictions being implemented by the UK Government soon which may restrict the band's work in early 2022. The band is also reviewing the situation regarding their 2022 bookings whether or not to go ahead due to the risk of cancellations due to the recent dual Covid-19 epidemic of the Delta and Omicron variants currently impacting the UK.
The band is currently working on 5 new songs for a special Patreon EP. The working titles for each song are All Hail The Evil One, Evil Too, Dragonlord, Birmingham Blues and On Repeat.
