RAGE SADLER AND ISAAC HEALY TO BEGIN TRACKING GUITARS AND BASS FOR THE NEW ALBUM AT UNIT ONE TOMORROW

Rage Sadler and Isaac Healy will at Unit One studios in Colchester tomorrow with Wayne Thompson tracking the bulk of the rhythm guitars and bass for the new Kaine album. The tracking will take place tomorrow and Wednesday as the new album heads towards completion. Liam Etheridge completed the drum tracking between the 21st and 23rd of May.

NEW ALBUM RECORDING RESUMES THIS WEEK – KAINE’S JULY DATES AT RISK OF POSTPONEMENT AS UK LOCKDOWN IS EXPECTED TO EXTEND TO JULY 19TH 2021

Kaine's upcoming gigs are likely to be postponed as the Government appears to be looking to extend the lockdown ending date to around July 19th. This will mean the bands shows at Coalville on July 9th and Colchester on July 14th will likely not go ahead. Kaine's June date in Swansea was also cancelled by the Welsh Government due to Covid-19 infection rates beginning to rise again.

NEW ALBUM + HANGER 18 SHOW UPDATE

We can also confirm that the bands Swansea show at Hanger 18 will be re-arranged. Presently the Welsh Governments restrictions are not enabling live music to come back unrestricted and the venue couldn't have afforded to do the show with the limits on numbers at the venue in place. Hanger 18 were however happy with all the hard work done to promote the show and are keen to reschedule as soon as possible.

KAINE RESUME REHEARSALS AS NEW ALBUM PROGRESSES AND THE BAND PREPARES FOR UPCOMING SWANSEA SHOW

Kaine will play their first show in Swansea since 2018 next month at Hanger 18, Swansea on Friday, June 25th. This will be the bands first full gig back post-Covid restrictions which as been put together by RS Promotions. They will be supported by Who Knows Didley and Southbound and they can both be heard here. This is a ticketed event, and the tickets can be purchased here.

KAINE WILL NOT PROGRESS WITH MANAGEMENT OFFER

After discussions with Bonewood Music these past few weeks it was mutually agreed due to different operating practices and philosophies it was decided that it was best that both parties didn’t progress with the management deal. Front man Rage Sadler will resume self-management for the band, although the band will continue to seek professional management ahead of their new album release.
