In the first month of release, Kaine’s new album, Extinctions End, was streamed a total of 26,610 times, as it reached number 90 in the top 100 albums (UK Official Charts). This is the second of the band's albums to chart, a remarkable achievement given the relatively underground nature of the band. The 26k streams brought in $32 for the band (£24).

We've released Second Coming as a new single from our album Extinctions End. Extinctions End is the latest studio album by the British speed metal band Kaine, released on February 14, 2026.The album is a significant "relaunch" for the band, marking a shift toward a darker, heavier, and more aggressive sound compared to their previous work. Despite being an independent release on the band's own label, Revival Metal Records, the album achieved notable success: t peaked at #90 on the Official UK Album Downloads Chart shortly after its release.
Dragonlord has one of the highest tempos on Extinctions End, but with sections that call back to our NWOBHM influenced-Waystone era of the band.
This is our second top 100 album, as our previous album After Extinction reached number 85 in 2022.
Our new album has now been streamed 5,988 times since launching less than a week ago. This figure does not include those platforms that have yet to update us with streaming numbers.
