So how did we do on the day of the launch? It was easily the toughest launch day we have ever had with the band, with fewer people than ever engaging with the content on socials on release day, with a high amount of swipe past, and those who have seen the album only listening for a few seconds.
The tracks are reworkings of 8 songs originally found on the After Extinction album and the subsequent Extinction After EP, completely re-recorded for a full album release. After Extinction was a landmark release for the band, as it was our first album to break into the mainstream music charts, peaking at number 85 on the Official UK Album Downloads Chart. We decided to release these songs in their definitive format as a brand new album, Extinctions End.
Extinctions End will release digitally on all platforms on 14/2/2026 with CD pre-orders and merch pre-orders to begin on the same day.

We've returned to rehearsals for 2026 and with that we will begin uploading a song a week to our YouTube channel. We will be improving our multi-camera setup and audio mixing as things progress.
I Believe in a Thing Called Love is a song by English rock band the Darkness, released as the third single from their debut studio album, Permission to Land. When released as a single in September 2003, it peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart. The song also charted worldwide, becoming a top-10 hit in Ireland, New Zealand, and Sweden, as well as on the US Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
