REHEARSALS + RETURN TO FILMING TODAY AT UNIT ONE
Kaine will continue their weekly rehearsals at Unit One Studios today in Colchester. Again the focus will be on the winging/playing element of the new album as well as the bands forthcoming gigs. This weeks sessions will be filmed for YouTube for the first time in several weeks, the filming had stopped due to Alex Odinson (who films the sessions) coming down with Covid-19.
KAINE MOVE INTO FINAL STAGE OF THE NEW ALBUM – VOCALS AND LYRICS
Kaine will be focussing on the singing/playing element of the new album alongside work on lyrics and vocal melodies at Unit One today, and over the next few weeks. The bulk of the instrumentation has now been recorded for the new album so the focus will be now switched to vocals. The band is also preparing for the mixing stage as well, with more news on that coming in the following weeks.
NEW ALBUM LEAD GUITARS FINISHED + RETURN TO GIGGING POST RESTRICTIONS A HUGE SUCCESS
The band also returned to non-socially distanced on Wednesday (July 21st) at a packed out show alongside friends Mercury Rising and Osmium Guillotine at Coda, Colchester. The gig was organised by Imperious Spirit promotions and was a major success for the underground Metal scene in Essex. Kaine played a mixture of songs from the new album and Reforge The Steel.
TOBY WOODS FINISHES FIRST FULL DAY TRACKING LEAD GUITAR FOR NEW KAINE ALBUM AT UNIT ONE STUDIOS
Kaine's lead guitarist Toby Woods has finished his first full day tracking guitars at Unit One Studios, Colchester with 7 songs completed on the first day with 2 more to be completed tomorrow. The solos are yet to be recorded as well as additional guitar harmonies and layering which will take place during the Sunday session.
