We will be returning to Unit One today to prepare for our gig with Kev Riddles Baphomet next week (April 15th) at The Crew Bar, Nuneaton (Queens Hall). The band will be rehearsing the set for the night, which kicks off at 7:30pm and is free entry. You can find more information by clicking here.
Kaine will be supporting Baphomet at The Crew Bar in Nuneaton of Friday, April 15th 2022 (doors at 7:30pm). Kev ‘skidz’ Riddles was an original member of Angel Witch, involved in the conception and recording of the first classic album “Angel Witch”, until leaving in 1982 to form Tytan. The Crew is a Rock Bar with genuine slices of rock history including a signed Oasis guitar amongst the seemingly endless signed memorabilia plastered across its walls.
The band was formed in May 2021 to revisit the idea of gigging the 1st iconic Angel Witch album and other tracks from his era with the band, 1977 – 82, staying true to the original old school sound. You can read their interview with MetalTalk here.

Kaine were recently interviewed for Burr Fest by Metal Talk which can be read by clicking the links below. Burr Fest takes place this Saturday from a sold out Dome in Tufnell Park, London.
“It’s definitely been a period of rebirth and revival for the band with Liam, Toby and Isaac coming in and then writing and recording ‘Reforge The Steel’. It’s a cliché but this is very much a new band, but equally because of the calibre of the previous line-ups we’ve also still got a lot to prove to people and people to win back who may have written us off. “
Blaze Bayley will perform a special Iron Maiden 25th anniversary set at Burr Fest 2020 which will take place at The Dome, Tufnell Park on March 7th. Tickets for the event are already selling fast.

Kaine were announced for the event late last week [Kaine – Burr Fest 2020] and will play alongside Absolva, Airforce, Tytan and Elixir.
Kaine have made it into the final 20 bands for TBFM Factor having started out amongst the 400 who were originally entered into the competition. The semi-final draws will be done between the 3rd and 10th of April live on TBFM. For more information on the TBFM awards click here.
The band were also nominated for the best band award at Chelmsford’s Panic Awards but withdrew their nomination as the awards date clashed with the bands supporting date with NWOBHM legends Tytan in Hastings in April. However you can still support Kaine by voting for OGFest which the band headlined the third day of last year and for the Asylum as best venue which can be done by voting here.
