Kaine will continue tracking vocals for their new album at Gallow Wood Media today. This will be mostly revisions as the band looks to progress the album to be able to release before the end of the year.
After that sessions is concluded the band will return to Unit One in Colchester to begin rehearsals again after a two week break. The band cancelled their remaining 2021 dates when they dropped all dates booked with Ric Stats and RS Promotions. Kaine will be using this time to finish the new album and EP.
Kaine, who have recently finished working on the studio scratch tracks, will begin rehearsals for the new EP at Unit One today. Once the band is ready it will then book in the recording sessions for the new EP. The EP will contain 5 new and exclusive songs not on the bands new album. You can order the new EP here.
Kaine will continue their weekly rehearsals at Unit One Studios today in Colchester. Again the focus will be on the winging/playing element of the new album as well as the bands forthcoming gigs. This weeks sessions will be filmed for YouTube for the first time in several weeks, the filming had stopped due to Alex Odinson (who films the sessions) coming down with Covid-19.
Kaine are currently working on a Patreon exclusive EP which will be recorded and released later this year. Rage Sadler recorded the 9 songs over the past two days, whereas Isaac Healy was able to track his bass for the 9 songs in a day to complete that element of the album recording. Recording took place at Unit One Studio’s Colchester with Wayne Thomson, who also recorded Liam Etheredge’s drums over a three day period last month.
The first day of recording guitars is complete as Rage Sadler has finished tracking the first 6 songs for the new album, with just 3 remaining for tomorrows session. Isaac Healy will also begin tracking the bass tomorrow.
Rage Sadler and Isaac Healy will at Unit One studios in Colchester tomorrow with Wayne Thompson tracking the bulk of the rhythm guitars and bass for the new Kaine album. The tracking will take place tomorrow and Wednesday as the new album heads towards completion. Liam Etheridge completed the drum tracking between the 21st and 23rd of May.
Rage Sadler and Isaac Healy will begin tracking the rhythm guitars and bass for the new album at Unit One, Colchester on the 15th and 16th of June. The band will also be at Unit One today for weekly rehearsals.
Kaine’s upcoming gigs are likely to be postponed as the Government appears to be looking to extend the lockdown ending date to around July 19th. This will mean the bands shows at Coalville on July 9th and Colchester on July 14th will likely not go ahead. Kaine’s June date in Swansea was also cancelled by the Welsh Government due to Covid-19 infection rates beginning to rise again.
