KAINE ANNOUNCES NEW LIVE ALBUM: LIVE AT THE CART & HORSES, LONDON

Kaine is proud to announce the release of their brand-new live album, Live at the Cart & Horses, London. Captured on July 19th, 2025, at the legendary Cart & Horses venue in Stratford, London—hallowed ground known around the world as the birthplace of Iron Maiden—this release documents the band at their rawest, fastest, and most unforgiving.

Recorded during a packed, high-energy night in East London supporting NWOBHM legends Desolation Angels, Live at the Cart & Horses, London delivers 100% pure live Heavy Metal. To honour the historic heritage of the venue, Kaine curated a special setlist heavily inspired by the classic New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) movement, bridging the gap between classic British steel and the modern New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal (NWOTHM) underground.

Rather than focusing solely on a single release, the performance reaches deep into Kaine’s discography to resurrect fan-favourite anthems and speed metal cuts from the band’s earlier albums, including:

• The Waystone (2014)
• A Crisis of Faith (2018)
• Reforge The Steel (2019)

Alongside these classic-era tracks, the album features two crushing live cuts from the band’s 2022 album After Extinction, showcasing the evolution of Kaine’s sound while staying true to their traditional heavy metal roots.

Featuring the line-up of Rage Sadler (rhythm/lead guitar and vocals), Toby Woods (lead/rhythm guitar), Isaac Healy (bass), and Liam Etheridge (drums), the recording captures the relentless twin-guitar attack, pounding rhythm section, and raw vocal delivery that have defined Kaine’s live reputation across the UK. Audio from the night was captured by Talon Payne of Gallow Wood Media and released via Revival Metal Records. Despite going head-to-head with major international metal events in London on the very same night, the July 19th show at the Cart & Horses proved that the underground British Heavy Metal scene remains thriving, loud, and fiercely dedicated.

Live at the Cart & Horses, London is available now on [Bandcamp / CD / Vinyl]. Whether you were down the front in Stratford on the night or want to experience Kaine’s uncompromising live energy from home, crank this up at maximum volume.
