Last Wednesday we returned to gigging for the first time since December 2023. This was due to Rage having time out due to having shoulder surgery and Liam subsequently breaking his arm and requiring surgery on that injury, which required a longer recovery process.
We thank those brave enough to come out on a work/school night on Wednesday to support the event as ever, including Liam from Impious Spirit for organising the event and Josh from Peace Productions and his team for managing the sound once more.
It was great to see Reverent Son live in their new configuration for the first time, the guys were fresh off their set at Bloodstock Festival and were on top form. We also played with Kardinal X for the first time, with Joe Curtis of Paradigm and Tempest Saint joining them on vocals on short notice, due to the band’s front-man Jimi James leaving the previous week and doing a great job with their set. It is always difficult when members leave and you must replace them before a gig with little time to prepare.
Our next gig will be Cozfest, a two-day event in Sible Hedingham. We will headline the Saturday night and we’ll be on from 10pm. You can order tickets from here. Cozfest is an annual music festival in memory of Corran ‘Coz’ Powell, held over the August bank holiday weekend. You can learn more about the festival here.
If you are yet to buy tickets for our forthcoming tour please order from here.
